Yoshitaka Nojiri

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

After working at Sumitomo Marine & Fire Insurance Co., Ltd, established TAKE and GIVE NEEDS Co., Ltd in October 1998 and became the Chief Executive Officer. In 2006, the company was listed on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange, and in 2010, became the Representative Director of the company. In 2016, entered the Graduate School of Media and Governance at Keio University. December of the same year, founded TRUNK Co., Ltd and became the Chief Executive Officer.

Yasuhide ichikawa

Chief Creative Officer, Chief Human Resources Officer

After graduating from university, started working at Hilton Osaka Co., Ltd, in charge of services for accommodation and F&B.In June 2004, joined TAKE and GIVE NEEDS Co., Ltd. Following roles as a store manager and manager for the sales and human resources department, worked as the person in charge of MD and human resources planning for the TRUNK division from April 2015.Appointed the Board of Directors in December 2016, overseeing TRUNK Atelier and human resources development department.

Joined TAKE and GIVE NEEDS Co., Ltd in September 2005 after graduating from university. After serving as a store manager and the head of the business division for West Japan, became the General Manager of TRUNK(HOTEL) CAT STREET in January 2016, in charge of its opening and setting up operations. One of the Board of Directors since December 2016, overseeing the operations department.

Shingo Hiura

Chief Financial Officer

After graduating from university, worked at ABeam Consulting Ltd as a business consultant and was engaged in solving business issues for leading companies in various industries.
Then, served as the head of administration at GLS JAPAN (currently la belle vie Inc), an online fashion retail company, and has been appointed CFO of luxury fashion brands for their Japanese corporation. As CFO, engaged in work such as structuring the management department, raising funds, and preparing for IPO.
Joined TAKE and GIVE NEEDS Co., Ltd in October 2019 and has been on the Board of Directors since June 2020, in charge of the corporate management department.

Tomomi Tsuchibuchi

Chief Business Officer

Joined Hotel Nikko Tokyo, operated by Tokyo Humania Enterprise Co., Ltd, and gained experience in hotel operations. In 2001, started working at TAKE and GIVE NEEDS Co., Ltd, contributing to the wedding business and various group company initiatives. Since 2020, involved with the company's hotel division, and in 2021, appointed as the Chief for both the development and hotel division. Currently, serves as Chief of Business Development for TAKE and GIVE NEEDS Co., Ltd and Chief Business Officer for TRUNK Co., Ltd.

Shinsuke Nuriya

After working in corporate finance and M&A advisory at BofA Securities Japan Co., Ltd, engaged in real estate investment and management at Blackstone Inc. Then, worked on the formation and management of tourism funds and hotel advisory services. Holds a Master's degree in Sustainability Management from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Keio University.

After working in corporate sales at Hitachi, Ltd, involved in launching ventures and business development. Subsequently, at the broadcasting and media company JCOM, took part in business acquisitions and PMI operations. Then, became the CFO for the finance and administration department of Shop Channel, a TV shopping company acquired by JCOM. Since January 2023, CFO of TAKE and GIVE NEEDS Co., Ltd, overseeing the company's corporate management department.

Chief Strategic Officer

Joined Roland, a global electronic musical instrument brand, working as a sales supervisor, in new business developments and in marketing and branding.
Joined TRUNK Co., Ltd in November 2017 and became an executive officer in April 2022. After overseeing the marketing division, currently oversees the CEO office.

Haruka Osaka

Chief Branding Officer

After graduating from university, gained experience in public relations at both in-house and agencies for the international luxury fashion and lifestyle industry. Involved in marketing communications at Kering Japan Gucci Division, and in corporate PR and events at Louis Vuitton Japan.Joined TRUNK Co., Ltd in February 2017 and as part of the TRUNK division's PR team, responsible for brand strategy and media relations, both domestically and internationally.

Masayuki Kinoshita

Chief Development Officer

Following graduation from university, worked in the sales department of Park Hyatt Tokyo and Park Hyatt Shanghai, responsible for domestic and international accommodations and general banquets for corporate and agent sales. Then, led the sales department at Andaz Tokyo, as the Director of Sales, overseeing hotel openings, product development, and corporate and agent sales for the domestic and international markets. Supervised revenue management and special projects as Deputy Director of Sales & Marketing at Andaz Maui, then joined TRUNK Co., Ltd in November 2016. As the Deputy General Manager of TRUNK(HOTEL) CAT STREET, took part in its opening and operations, and the creative direction for TRUNK(HOTEL) YOYOGI PARK.

Kenji Yui

General Manager

Traveled to Australia post-graduation, and was inspired by the appeal of hotels, starting their hotel career. Job experience in various managerial positions in luxury hotels in Tokyo, Dubai, Vietnam, Osaka, and other locations. After serving as Deputy General Manager at Aman Tokyo, joined TRUNK Co., Ltd in September 2021. Took part in operations as Deputy General Manager of TRUNK(HOTEL) CAT STREET. Since September 2023, designated as the General Manager of TRUNK(HOTEL) YOYOGI PARK and concurrently the Director of Operations Planning and Promotion Department.

Tomoyuki Tada

Chief Project Officer

After graduating from university, worked at Tobu Railway Co., Ltd. Involved with asset management, including the development and hotel openings of international hotel chains such as The Ritz-Carlton Nikko, as well as the planning and development of residential properties and the launch of new businesses related to vacant house issues. Following that, was responsible for hotel development, redevelopment projects, and asset management of residences for high-net-worth individuals at Mori Trust Co., Ltd.Joined TRUNK Co., Ltd in October 2022 and from April 2024, serving as the Director of TRUNK Atelier.

Miyuki Matsui

Chief Planning Director

After graduating from university, joined TAKE and GIVE NEEDS Co., Ltd following experience at an education-related company. Worked in various roles such as wedding planner, human resources development, advertising, marketing, and product development. Since 2019, engaged in planning directions at TRUNK Co., Ltd. Served as the project leader for TRUNK(HOTEL) YOYOGI PARK, which opened in September 2023.
