    TRUNK will be responsible for recruiting and hiring employees, as well as human resource management, including management, education, skills training, and system reform and motivation-increasing practices.

  • SCHEME 02

    Lease agreement

    A method in which TRUNK, as a tenant, leases a hotel building or part of a facility and manages and operates the hotel.
    Rents can be contracted under a fixed rent system where a fixed amount of income can be expected regardless of the hotel's operating results, a variable rent system where rents are calculated according to the hotel's operating results, or a combination of the two.
